Karhoo, a mobility exchange platform that connects online travel customers with rides worldwide, wanted to reach international Online Travel Agents (OTAs) with their white-label offering.
It started with packaging up their offering into a clear, compelling message. With ten target OTAs identified for this ABM programme, we went deep on the research, forming full reports on each account’s place in the market in 2020.
Using this gold dust, we created individual “passports to success” sent as a DM to decision-makers within each account, to show prospects how Karhoo can help them meet their “destinations” (goals). The DM was supported with several touchpoints across multiple channels including personalised landing pages, LinkedIn, email and calls, guiding contacts to their end destination: a partnership with Karhoo.
And it wasn’t just Karhoo’s target accounts that couldn’t pass up on their passports. We’re delighted to announce that this campaign is now officially a four-time award winner, having picked up 2 gold awards at The Drum B2B Awards 2020 and 2 silvers at the B2B Marketing Awards.
