A complete global rebrand for Source-to-Pay (S2P) leaders PRGX, helping them rewrite industry perceptions and nurture strategic growth.
The pioneers of recovery audit 50 years ago, PRGX is the global leader in source-to-pay analytics, with a trusted industry reputation. But as new, technology-only competitors gained market share, they wanted to transform perceptions, repositioning PRGX in customers’ minds from being a service-based company to a modern, tech-led brand.
Through in depth customer interviews, strategic research and workshopping with stakeholders, we recognised PRGX’s belief in finance and procurement’s crucial role within any organisation. Sitting at the heart of the business, these functions have the unique ability to see the big picture, and it was this insight that led to our chosen concept: whole business health.
With this new DNA as a catalyst, we reshaped verbal and visual identities, rolling our rebrand out across all assets, including PRGX’s site. Vivid new visuals were created to embody the organization’s positive, tech-led ethos, and paired with a fresh tone of voice, balancing visionary optimism with a sense of industry-wisened expertise. We supported the brand’s launch with a brand ambassador programme, engaging employees in the journey.
The rebrand is only the beginning as we lead a multi-year transformation, working together on a spectrum of exciting new projects including ABM programmes, content strategies, product messaging work and sales enablement initiatives.
