The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar strategy, planning or research role. Or be an experienced strategic B2B client services person looking for a move into strategy full time
  • A range of strategy experience across brand, positioning, ABM and demand gen. They will generally be a solid pair of hands who can deal with any brief that arrives.
  • The ability to see the wood for the trees; rapidly assess research and information for ‘what it’s really telling us’
  • A keen interest in all things marketing; be constantly learning and as such bringing new ideas and inspiration into the agency  
  • Experience and interest working with tech clients 

Key responsibilities include:

  • End to end strategy, everything from conducting audience and market research,   developing value propositions through to crafting comms plans; content, channels, tactics and media recommendations. 
  • Developing new strategic approaches and frameworks as well as exploring new tools to continually evolve our ways of working 
  • A senior member of the agency, helping shape agency direction, creating new service offerings and being a respected spokesperson 
  • Has the experience and gravitas to deliver strategic advice and presentations to C-suite level clients
  • Setting the direction across multiple large accounts. Proactively defining strategy as well as supporting the account management team to spot opportunities 
  • Leading RFP processes, interpreting requirements and structuring winning pitches
