We’re looking for a new recruit to join the Radish Academy – our fast-paced Account Management training programme. Digital Radish Account Managers are a step above the rest – brave, ambitious marketeers, with an analytical and strategic approach, and the Radish Academy will give you the training and support to become one.

The Radish Academy exposes you to all elements of account management in a b2b marketing agency, setting the foundations for your future career, and fast-tracking your progression.



As part of the AM team you will work alongside and support our AMs on:

  • Getting under the skin of complex businesses and support on creating successful strategies.
  • Client liaison – building relationships, writing meeting notes, running weekly calls, preparation for meetings and presentations.
  • Project management – ensuring projects run to time and budget, creating weekly reports on channel activity and budget spend, building project plans and schedules.
  • Campaign delivery – from scoping out the best channels and use of budget, to overseeing and running full direct mail campaigns (and taste-testing any treats sent!).
  • Inspiring the creative team with excellent briefs, brainstorming sessions, and supporting on output delivery.
  • Research key market trends to inform marketing planning. Creating meaningful reports, summaries and presentations.
  • Using email and website systems (e.g. MailChimp, WordPress, Google Analytics).
  • Supporting the team by helping with administrative work, including booking travel, answering the phone, team lunches etc.


  • You’re strategic, love complex challenges, and have a flare for creativity.
  • You’ll love working with people and building excellent working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • You’re able to juggle multiple projects and keep all those balls in the air – with a focus on high quality and attention to detail for everything you do.
  • A natural affinity with social media.
  • You’ll have a 2:1 or above from a top tier university.
  • A flair for assimilating lots of complex information and you’ll enjoy getting thrown in at the deep end!
  • You’ll be ambitious, proactive, very switched on, and incredibly quick to learn – aptitude and attitude are the most important thing for us.
  • You’ll be flexible, open to change and happy to roll your sleeves up across all areas of the business.
